THE CHALLENGE
CJAZ Consulting has been the IT Managed Service Provider for Tims Dairy for the past seven years. Their business relationship started when Tims Dairy was expanding and looking to upgrade their servers and they felt that their current IT provider didn't have the experience or technical knowledge required.
CJAZ were brought in for their fresh perspective and infrastructure expertise. Their well-planned strategy was accepted and their professional relationship
commenced.
OUR WORK TOGETHER
Tims Dairy have two sites employing around 70 staff. CJAZ have upgraded their infrastructure with a new server. They also liaise with Penstone Communications to install new internet lines on both sites. Sites are connected by VPN and the company uses terminal services.
