Buttle’s is one of the UK’s longest-established timber and builders’ merchants. During it's history it has grown and evolved, surviving the worst building recession of 2008 and acquiring it's largest 2.5 acre site in Enfield in 2009.  It was about this time that Buttle Plc discovered CJAZ and started to use them as their primary IT Support Partner.

Buttle's continued growth and expansion, employing around 70 staff across five different sites across London and Hertfordshire, has been supported by the continuous, reliable IT support and strong IT Infrastructure implemented by CJAZ Consulting.

Significant IT project milestones include moving from local-servers at each site to setting up a central server at the datacentre in Telehouse, Docklands and rolling out thin-client desktops across the company. This strategic decision, made by the CJAZ Infrastructure experts will have cost savings in the hundreds of thousands. It has also enabled agility, helped safeguard against cyber-attack and supported the quick expansion of this successful timber and builders merchants and now plumbing merchants ideally located to service it's large, expanding southeast customer base.

Two years ago CJAZ also migrated Buttles to Office365 from their in-house E-mail servers. Again, this delivered all the benefits Cloud solutions offer; improved collaborative working, increased efficiency, cost-savings, reduced virus risk, scalability to name just a few.
